You don’t care about gun regulation because the people you know aren’t going to die on account of an accidental or even intentionally shot bullet.  There are neighborhoods where the fear of being shot is imminent, every day. You then ask, why cater regulation to the fears of a particular group? I respond, why cater regulation around people who don’t have a personal stake in the issue?
